There are thousands of food blogs out there, so what makes this one different?
First, it's not meant to be pretty. It's a food blog made by a father who wants to minimize his time spent in the kitchen. I do not spend hours taking pictures and making a presentation that might be lucky enough to be allowed onto FoodGawker. Instead, I take simple and delicious recipes that I cook in a very small kitchen and share them with the world.
And when I say my kitchen is small, I mean it is small. I do not own a microwave and my oven can barely fit a store bought pizza. The only counter is a make-shift stand that is about a foot wide and four feet long. However, that does not stop me from making amazing delicious and cheap meals.
So, buckle up and enjoy this blog. While the pictures are not always the fanciest, the food is bound to please.
My recipes are always vegetarian and generally vegan. I do not use cheese or milk, but some products may have trace amounts of butter or milk in them. I use whole wheat flour and aim to keep my recipes at least somewhat healthy. This is not a gluten free blog by any means.
Thank you for stopping by, and don't be afraid to let me know what you think! Enjoy!
